Thales Telematics provides fleet management and asset tracking through combined

Thales' involvement in Galileo Services:
Thales has been a driving force in Galileo’s flight from the beginning.
Leveraging the joint undertaking between the EC and ESA, Thales rallied
a group of companies interested in creating business streams from the satellite
system. Together they formed the Galileo Services consortium. With leading
large system capability, Thales is ideally positioned to provide access
to downstream markets. A key priority for Thales is the establishment of
open, non-proprietary standards for Galileo-related technologies and solutions
while providing fail-safe security. With Thales at the helm of Galileo Services,
the bridge between the public and private sectors is reinforced with unrivalled
expertise and leadership. |
